At Trending Prints Plus, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

TPP Collections Policy

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours after the order is place for a full refund, excluding the shipping fee. To request a cancellation, please contact us at trendingprintsplus@gmail.com.

 

Once an order is delivered, if a customer no longer wants the item, they may return it within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused (not worn, washed, etc.) or damaged, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Returned items must be inspected and approved for eligibility before refund is issued.

If an order arrives defective or incorrect, we offer either a full refund, excluding the shipping fee, or we'll replace the item. The item must be returned. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Once the returned item has been inspected and approved for eligibility, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

Items not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or return.

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Custom Merch Policy

Custom items, including custom apparel, custom business merchandise, and items from the Glo Up Creative Collection, are final sale once shipped. If an order is canceled after production begins, a 50% refund will be issued, excluding shipping fees. To request a cancellation, please contact us at trendingprintsplus@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

If the item received is defective or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours to avoid forfeiting your eligibility for resolution. The item will be remade only after the defective or incorrect item has been returned and inspected. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. TPP will cover the shipping cost for the remade item.

Final Sale Policy

We do not offer refunds on gift cards, clearance items, final sale items, or products that have been used or damaged by the customer. 

Return Policy

We will provide instructions for returning defective, incorrect or eligible items from the TPP Collection. Once the item has been returned and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Custom items are non-refundable, but exchanges are available if the item is defective or incorrect, as outlined in the Custom Merch Policy above.
